the help desk?
Choose any one of three methods:
- Call our regular
telephone number at

For an emergency response, please use the telephone option
in method 1.
- Use our web-based
support system at the Help
Desk Form to submit your issue and view helpful
support information - For an emergency response, please
use the telephone option in method 1.
If you don't
get a live response during normal business hours or this is
an after hours/weekend call:
- Select
option 9 from the telephone menu and then select the appropriate
callback response queue (1 - 20 min, 2 - 1 hour, 3 - 4 hour,
and 4 - next business day)
- Leave
a detailed message with your name, the best way to reach
you and a brief description of the problem.
Before contacting
us:
- If
you are calling about a problem, please have the following
information ready when you call; the name of the program,
any error messages and what you were doing just before the
problem occurred.
- Have
you tried rebooting? Sometimes that is the easiest way to
resolve a problem. Call us if the problem is still happening
after you reboot.
