The Tobin help desk is our solution for cost effective and extremely responsive remote support. You get a fast response and a resolution that meets your expectations.

Before contacting us:
  • Have you tried rebooting? Sometimes that is the easiest way to resolve a problem. Call us if the problem is still happening after you reboot.
  • Please have the following information ready when you call:
      - The name of the program
    - Any error messages
    - What you were doing just before the problem occurred.

To use the helpdesk choose any one of three methods:

  1. Call our regular telephone number at
    If you don't get a live response during normal business hours or after hours/weekend calls:
      - Select 1 for emergencies or when a rapid response is required
    - Select 2 for less urgent requests
    (4 hours during business hours or next business day for after hours calls)
